Shipping
We aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders within Sweden are normally delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over 499 SEK. Available shipping methods and costs for orders below this amount are displayed at checkout.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period before returning your order.

Due to hygiene reasons, perfume products that have been opened or have had their seal broken cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. Returned products must therefore remain unopened, unused and with the original seal intact.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
The above does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and relevant photos so we can assist you.
